VERSION 1.2
- FEATURE: Tokens in program executable, eg {Program Files}. Simply replace environment variables?
- FEATURE: Don't show system databases option.
- FEATURE: Display name for servers. May need to sub-class ConnectionStringBuilder to do this.
- FEATURE: Allow clicking on the database name to launch a "default" program.
- FEATURE: Add ability to add programs that operate at a server level rather than a database level. These would be shown before the databases.
VERSION 1.3
- FEATURE: Global hotkey to bring up context menu.
- FEATURE: Provide optional (per server) on-demand loading of database lists, for situations where you don't always have a connection to certain SQL Servers.
VERSION 2.0
- FEATURE: Support non-SQL Server database engines.
- FEATURE: [1398876] Custom properties per server.
